I look forward to the new issue of Lyme Times. My Vitamin D level this past Christmas was — 11. A very close relative of mine — 4. A good friend of mine who lives in California as well, where sunshine is plenty — 19. I took 3 months of 50,000 IU to get the levels up to 30. However, I was still tanking by the end of March. Going to physician after physician. Getting all kinds of tests. Offered all kinds of medicine. Then, I just started listening within (dreams, what my subconscious was telling me) and was led to the right source to get treatment for CLD/highly co-infected w/Myco. I've been half a year on oral antibiotics. I'm not sure what my latest blood work reads yet; but, I do feel already better than I had the last 30-something years of my life (I suffered with severe migraines since the age of 7, after my second visit abroad, spending summertime with my grandma/relatives in Bavaria). Although, I know that I haven't kicked this disease fully. I still suffer from severe bone crushing fatigue … headaches/arthritis from time to time, depending on the circumstance … weather, elevation, stress… (seems to hit me hard every few weeks, too, but not constant like before). And, besides taking supplements, practicing a good diet, and walking with my dog daily or trying my best even on my bad days, I would love to invest for my future in Lipid Replacement Therapy, Hyperbarics, IV Vit. Therapy, etc. Just right now, so many things are one my plate, it's unbelievable. But, I'm sure things will work itself out somehow, someway… Meantime, it can be a "truly disabling" pain from your head down to your feet, and so many losses to deal with… I really feel for so many of us who are infected with it, who are trying to find a cure for everyone. It can be deadly … It is deadly. And, it's just a horrible thing to have hit humanity.
