ADVOCACY ALERT: Contact your Member of Congress today
Bonnie Crater, of the Center for Lyme Action, has sent out the following alert to Lyme advocates:
Hello Lyme advocates:
Thank you for your continued support for federal funding for Lyme and other tick-borne diseases.
Here’s an oldie but goodie request for you. It’s easy. Just pick option 1 or option 2 and click. It only takes 3-5 minutes of your time.
.
BACKGROUND
ARPA-H is a new federal agency funded at $1 billion in the Fiscal Year 2022 appropriations. ARPA-H is an advanced research agency that is a perfect place for Lyme and TBD research innovation. Legislation to make this agency independent of the NIH is important for innovation and will be brought to the floor sometime soon. Let’s get our share of ARPA-H innovation!
Please choose one of the following options
