How To Retrieve A Lost Password

How To Rejoin If Your Membership Has Expired

Go to the Login page at: www.lymedisease.org/members/login/ and enter your username and password.

Once you login you will be taken to the join page at: www.lymedisease.org/members/join/. You will see the screenshot shown below. Select the membership level you would like and follow the directions online.
