“Lyme disease” scores as Jeopardy question
Some people think you’ve made it big if you’re named in a Jeopardy question or answer.
By that measure, both “Lyme disease” and the documentary “The Quiet Epidemic” have definitely made the grade!
On February 13’s episode of the popular quiz show, under “Documentaries for $1200,” the answer was:
“The Quiet Epidemic” makes the case for the existence of the chronic kind of this disease named after a New England town.
And, as illustrated in the clip below, the correct question was, of course, “What is Lyme disease?”
(Reminder: On Jeopardy, contestants are given the answer and are supposed to supply the question.)
On The Quiet Epidemic’s Facebook page, the filmmakers said: “We did not know this was happening. It came as a complete surprise.”
