Lyme research bill moves forward in Congress

A bill that would prioritize federal research on Lyme disease and related illnesses — and give patients a voice in the process — cleared an important hurdle in Congress today.
The Tickborne Disease Research Accountability and Transparency Act was adopted into a larger medical research bill by the House Energy and Commerce Committee Thursday. Read more.

This is an important first step. It takes all of us being invoived to keep research going for this debilitating disease.
Please……please…..please….investigate Lyme Disease……there are too many of us suffering as patients, parents of patients, children of patients and grandparents of patients…..please please investigate with open eyes, ears and mind….The CDC is incorrect,,,,please help our infected loved ones.
