Lyme film wraps up festival circuit, moves to streaming
From the makers of The Quiet Epidemic:
The Quiet Epidemic‘s film festival circuit has wrapped up with the ReelAbilities Film Festival in New York City, where our co-directors received an award for directing the film.
Our producer Chris Hegedus and subjects Julia and Enrico Bruzzese participated in a live Q&A at the festival.
The past year of film festivals, three Best Feature Documentary awards, and theatrical screenings across North America lends credibility to our film and cause—and ensures that our story reaches broader audiences. Between in-person and virtual festival screenings, the film reached thousands of people beyond the Lyme community, even before our community screening tour and streaming launched.
Now available to stream at home
Just one month since The Quiet Epidemic was made available to watch at home, our mission to change the narrative around Lyme disease is off to an exciting start! The film has been rented / purchased by more than 15,000 households and DVDs are now on sale. With your help, we can reach 100,000 households.
