Registration is now open for LymeMIND 2022, a virtual conference to be held Saturday, November 5, at 1 PM Eastern Time.
Sponsored by the Steven and Alexandra Cohen Foundation, the event will include panel discussions on topics including the future of Lyme diagnostics, patient advocacy, clinician education, access to care and Lyme disease in pregnancy.
It is free to the public and will be an opportunity to hear from leading researchers, clinicians and advocates in Lyme and tick-borne disease.
LymeDisease.org CEO Lorraine Johnson will participate in a panel discussion on access to care with Dr. Betty Maloney, President, of Partnership for Tick-Borne Diseases Education, and Lyme Disease Association President Pat Smith.
Additionally, 500 registrants will have access to an advanced virtual screening of The Quiet Epidemic, a feature-length documentary that tells the story of a young girl and a Duke University scientist and their diagnoses with chronic Lyme disease.
Access to stream the virtual screening is valid beginning at 8:00 AM ET on Friday, November 4 through 1:00 AM ET on Sunday, November 6.
