I was never diagnosed until I ended up in the hospital for the second time with Lyme meningitis. If a young doctor didn’t recognize the symptoms, I was told I probably would have died in approximately two weeks. The original diagnosis was a bad back by three different doctors. To this day I have many discomforts and no real answers. I’ve been told that my numbers were so high the could not believe I still function.
